Modify or adapt materials for personal teaching style (e.g., reordering exercises, translating for classroom use).

❌ You may not:

Share, resell, or distribute any materials publicly (e.g., on blogs, websites, Google Drive, file-sharing platforms, forums, or social media).
Use the materials for commercial purposes (e.g., in paid teacher trainings, courses, apps, or tutoring products) without written permission.
Upload or contribute the materials to AI training sets, open educational repositories, or curriculum databases.
Remove watermarks, copyright statements, or brand identifiers without written permission.

2. Account and Subscription Use

If you access our library through a membership or subscription:

Your account is personal and must not be shared with others.
Misuse (e.g., account sharing or unauthorized distribution) may lead to immediate termination of access without refund.
Subscriptions grant access to all current and future resources while active. If canceled, access ends at the end of the billing period.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a download or access link is issued, except where required by law.

We may, at our discretion, provide partial refunds in cases of:

Accidental duplicate purchases.
Technical issues preventing access, unresolved within 7 business days.

4. Updates and Revisions

We reserve the right to:

Update or modify materials at any time to improve quality, accuracy, or clarity.
Discontinue or remove older resources with or without notice.

You will always have access to the most current version while your subscription is active.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You do not acquire ownership rights by purchasing or subscribing.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We provide all materials "as is" and do not guarantee specific educational outcomes. We are not liable for:

Student results
Platform-specific issues (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Miro)
Technical compatibility with your device or software

Use of materials is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination of Use

Violation of any clause in these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your license. We reserve the right to block access and pursue legal action in cases of infringement or misuse.
